Alligator wings
Alligator wings are the front legs of the gator. Marinate the legs in Italian dressing for up to 4 hours. Heat oil to 350, batter wings in egg wash and seasoned flour (or Creative Cajun Cooking's Gator Wing Batter) and fry until golden brown.
Buffalo sauce: Melt 1/2 pound butter in a saucepan over med-low heat. Add as much hot sauce (about 1/2 to 1 cup) as you can stand. Stir until blended and heated through. Simmer until it thickens a bit. Pour over fried alligator wings and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
