BBQ beans for a crowd
This is Jimmy Babin's recipe, that will feed around 80 -100 people as a side dish. He cooks it in a large, jambalaya style cast iron pot. Find Jimmy's Smokin' Fryin' Rub and Magic Swamp Dust at www.CreativeCajunCooking.com

2 lbs onions, chopped
4 lbs ground sausage (like Jimmy Dean)
2 tbs Smokin' Fryin' Rub
1/2 c Magic Swamp Dust seasoning
1 c bbq sauce
1/2 c worcestershire sauce
3 bulk size cans Bush's baked beans

Cook the onions, sausage, seasonings and sauces over medium heat until browned. Add the cans of beans, bring up to gentle boil, then simmer until ready to serve.
