BBQ shrimp
This is the classic version, served at Val's Marina
5 lbs medium to large shrimp, head on
salt, pepper, red pepper
2 cups worcestershire sauce
1 cup hot sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1 onion, minced
1 cup garlic, minced (yes, that's A LOT)
2 sticks butter
parsley to garnish

Let shrimp marinate in seasoning, worcestershire sauce and hot sauce for up to 30 minutes. In a very large, deep skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, saute lightly. Add marinated shrimp and butter. Toss gently to coat shrimp with butter mixture. Cook until all shrimp are pink. Serve with lots of the garlic butter sauce and toasty french bread. Garnish with parsley.
