Bellinis
Bellinis are cocktails made with Prosecco and peaches. You can puree the peaches or leave them a little chunky. As long as you have good, ripe peaches, this will be good.
In a champagne flute, add peach puree and top with Prosecco. I used Verdi peach flavor prosecco and it was fabulous (and cheap)!
