Best Pork Tenderloin
This was awesome in little split rolls.

2 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin
1 jar cajun butter injector marinade
1 6oz container pineapple juice


Inject tenderloin with Cajun Butter. Place in a ziptop bag with pineapple juice and refrigerate overnight. Remove meat from marinade and grill over medium heat until done.

Serve with Ranch Sauce:
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 tbs minced fresh cilantro
1 green onion, diced
1/8 tsp cayenne
juice of 1 lime
1 seeded, chopped jalapeno
