Cajun Cream Cheese dip
AKA : "That awesome dip with the Gator Pickle Juice in it." This is Jimmy Babin's recipe - if you see him or one of his folks doing a store demo, make sure you get you a sample of this! You'll want to buy a case of Gator Pickles! Adjust quantities for the size of your party - this makes a lot.

3 lbs cream cheese (six 8 oz bricks), soften, slightly beaten
1 lb sour cream (16 oz container)
3/4 cup Gator Pickle juice (I wouldn't substitute here - get you a real jar of Gator Pickles for this!)
3/4 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 cup Magic Swamp Dust seasoning (original, not Fire Dept.)
1 tbs dry Seafood Boil seasoning

Whisk everything together - you'll need a mixer to get it all incorporated. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Keeps for up to a week in the fridge.
