Cajun Garlic Fried Fish
Marinade:
3 parts lemon juice
1 part Cajun Garlic Hot Sauce

fish fillets
Back Porch Fish Fry
oil for frying

Gently soak fillets in lemon juice/hot sauce mixture for just a few minutes. Remove from marinade and coat in Back Porch Fish Fry. Add the coated fillets to a fry basket in a single layer. Fry until fish is done and golden brown, about 4 minutes at 350 degrees. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dip.
