Camp fish- spicy asian sauce
Another very easy recipe. Can be done in oven or on grill, works great with chicken breasts.
2 fish fillets (white fish, like catfish, trout or tilapia)
1 green onion
1 8oz pkg. sliced baby bella mushrooms
juice of 1/2 lemon
1-2 tsp ginger paste (tube from the produce section)
1-2 tsp garlic paste (tube from the produce section)
1 tsp hot chili sesame oil
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
Lay each fillet on a piece of foil. Season lightly with cajun seasoning. With kitchen shears, cut the green onion in small slices over the fish. Add a few of the mushrooms to each fillet. In a bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Pour some of the sauce over each fillet. Seal the foil packets and cook at about 400 degrees, until fish is flaky and done. Cooking times vary, depending on thickness of fish.
