Catfish Buras
This is Jimmy Babin's recipe. For more info:

several catfish fillets
Creative Cajun Cooking seafood boil seasoning
1 jar orange marmalade
2 navel oranges, in thin slices
slivered almonds
pecan halves

Preheat the oven to 375. Prepare a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment or aluminum foil (sprayed with non-stick spray).
Lay each fillet on the pan. Sprinkle each fillet lightly with seafood boil seasoning. Spread 2 tablespoons of orange marmalade on each fillet. Sprinkle generously with slivered almonds. Lay an orange slice on each fillet. Top with a pecan half.

Bake fish at 375 until done all the way through and fish is flaky (about 15 minutes).
