It doesn't get easier than this.
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in chunks
1 bottle Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing
2 onions, quartered
In a gallon zipper bag, add all ingredients. Let marinate at least 2 hours, up to overnight.
Oil and heat a grill. Drain chicken and onions, discarding marinade. Thread the chicken and onions on metal skewers. Grill on high heat for a few minutes each side until chicken is cooked through.
