Cold Lobster salad
This is Kevin Boudreaux's recipe. He uses the "leftover" meat from the lobster (body cavity, back of tail and legs) but you can use all tailmeat.

4-6 oz lobster meat, chopped in chunks
3-4 tbs Miracle whip
salt/pepper to taste
2 handfuls mixed salad greens
1 small tomato, chopped

Toss all ingredients in a bowl and chill.
