Crab & Avocado Salad
This is an awesome appetizer. Serve with tortilla chips.

1/2 pound crab meat, picked over

Spicy lime dressing:
Juice of 3 limes
2 tbs honey
1-2 tsp minced cilantro
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbs chili paste or hot sauce to taste
Diced jalapeno or mild peppers
salt & pepper
olive oil

Avocado salad:
1 avocado, pitted peeled & chopped
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 diced red onion
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp chili paste or hot sauce (to taste)
diced jalapeno or mild peppers (to taste)
1/2 lime juice
salt & pepper

Whisk all dressing ingredients together. Marinate crab in dressing for up to half an hour.  Toss all avocado salad ingredients together. To assemble on a plate, put avocado salad on bottom and top with crab meat. Simple!
