Heather Champagne's recipe with Jimmy Babin's Creative Cajun Cooking products.
3 bricks cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 cup creole veggies, sauteed until soft
1/3 cup Magic Swamp Dust
1/2 tsp Creative Cajun Cooking dry seafood boil
1/3 grated parmesan cheese
1 container claw crab meat, picked for shells
Mix well by hand or with a mixer. Garnish with paprika & sliced green onions. Serve warm or cold.
