Creamy Shrimp Sauce
This is Mickey LeMoine's recipe. If you try it with lowfat or fat free ingredients, let me know how it comes out. This sauce is great over pasta or Mickey's shrimp boulettes.

2 lbs small shrimp, peeled and cleaned
2 cans cream of shrimp soup
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups sour cream
1/2 stick butter
3 green onions, chopped
cajun seasoning to taste

Melt butter in a large skillet. Add green onions and shrimp, sauteeing just until pink. Add all ingredients, fold together carefully to incorporate, season to taste and simmer on low for 10 minutes.

Great with shrimp boulettes.
