Crown Roast
Crown roasts can be done with pork, beef or game. Have your butcher prep your roast.

crown roast
olive oil
cajun seasoning
cajun injectible marinade (optional)

Preheat oven to 350.
Inject roast with marinade (recommended). Place in a roasting pan with aluminum foil. Rub all over with olive oil and seasoning. For a pork roast, bake at 350 for 22 minutes per pound. Thicker cuts may need a little longer. Check with a meat thermometer. Recommended for pork safety: 160 degrees
