Firefly Poached Peaches
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 can Jumex peach nectar
1/2 cup Firefly Peach Tea Vodka
6 to 8 ripe but firm peaches

In a large saucepan, add the water, sugar, nectar and vodka. Turn on the heat, bring to a boil. Add the peaches. Bring it back to a boil, then lower the heat, cover and simmer until peaches are tender (about 10 minutes). Remove the peaches with a slotted spoon and let cool. Bring the heat back to medium high and let liquid reduce by a little more than half to make a syrup. Serve the peaches and syrup over ice cream, french toast, crepes, pancakes - whatever. It is good!!
