Fried crawfish tails
Gator Wing Batter is a smooth, dry batter made with Magic Swamp Dust seasoned corn flour. Back Porch Fish fry is a crunchier coating made with corn meal. Both can be found at www.CreativeCajunCooking.com
1 bag crawfish tails
1 bag Gator Wing Batter
2 eggs + 1/2 cup milk beaten egg wash
1 bag Back Porch Fish Fry
oil for frying
Heat the oil to 350.
Place the coating mixes and egg wash into 3 separate bowls.
Dredge each crawfish tail through the Gator Wing Batter, then egg wash, then Back Porch Fish Fry.
Fry until golden brown, about 1 minute. Drain on paper towels.
