Fried shrimp with lemon cheese sauce
This is Mickey LeMoine's recipe. For info on Fry-Um-Up:

2 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 pkg Fry-Um-Up batter mix (fish fry coatings can be substituted)
egg wash (2 eggs, beaten with 2 tbs water)

Lemon cheese sauce:
1 brick cream cheese, softened (low-fat ok)
1/2 cup mayo (low fat ok)
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbs worcestershire sauce
powdered sugar to taste (and thickness: about 1/2 cup)
optional: 1-2 tbs wasabi paste (to taste)

Make the sauce first by combining all ingredients in a large bowl, whisking to desired consistency. Add more or less lemon juice or powdered sugar to desired thickness.

Dredge shrimp in egg wash, the toss in batter mix to coat. Fry in 350 degree oil for just a few minutes. Drain shrimp on paper towels.

Plate shrimp and drizzle with sauce.
