Gator Pickle Bruschetta
This is Sean Turner's recipe.

French Bread baguette, sliced in rounds
butter
parmesan cheese (or your favorite shredded cheese blend)
chopped tomato, seasoned with Magic Swamp Dust
Gator Pickles (made by Creative Cajun Cooking - a sweet/spicy pickle)

Spread the bread rounds with a little butter and toast in a toaster oven, skillet, or under the broiler - just until toasty. If you're using a toaster oven or broiler, top the rounds with cheese and let it get melty.
Remove from heat, top with chopped tomatoes. Place a Gator Pickle slice on top and serve immediately.
