Gator Pickle Potato Salad
Made with Jimmy Babin's Creative Cajun Cooking Gator Pickles
3 pounds small red potatoes, cooked until tender (better from a crawfish boil) and quartered
1 cup chopped boiled egg
1 cup chopped Gator Pickles
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup mustard
1/3 cup Magic Swamp Dust
1 tbs Smokin' Fryin' Rub
optional: crumbled bacon
Mix all ingredients together.
