Gator Wings
2 lbs gator wings (or chicken wings)
1 pkg. Gator Wing Batter
1 egg
1 beer
1 bottle hot sauce
2 sticks butter
frying oil

In a large bowl, empty out the package of Gator Wing Batter. In another bowl, make an egg wash (we use beer for the liquid, but milk or water will do)
Shake a little hot sauce over the wings.
To coat the wings, dip them in the egg wash, then dredge them in the Gator Wing Batter.
Shake off excess. Fry at 350 until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-10 minutes, depending on the size of the wings).

Make buttery buffalo sauce:
In a small saucepan, melt 2 sticks of butter. Add the rest of the hot sauce to the melted butter, to make it fiery red.

When the wings are fried and drained, coat them with the buttery buffalo sauce or use the sauce as a dip.
