This is Jonnette Kinler's recipe.
1 Small Can Sliced Black Olives - Drained and Chopped by Hand (chopped olives in can do not work well)
1 Stick Butter - Softened
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Bunch Green Onions - Chopped Fine
1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan or Romano Cheese, grated
Pistolettes or French Bread
Mix first 6 ingredients and refrigerate overnight for best taste. Take out of refrigerator 1 hour before final preparation. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Spread mixture generously on halved pistolettes or French bread. Top with light dusting of cajun seasoning and Parmesan or Romano Cheese. Place on foil or baking sheet in middle rack of oven - bake 10 minutes then Broil on high for 1-2 minutes, making sure to not burn.
