Grilled peaches and cream
This is so easy.
4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
nonstick cooking spray
sugar
vanilla ice cream, cool whip or whipped cream
Light a grill to medium high heat. Spray the peaches with a little nonstick spray. Sprinkle them with sugar. Grill cut side down until peaches get soft, about 3 minutes. Serve hot with ice cream or whipped cream.
