We get our scallops from Cajun Catch. They come frozen but defrost quickly.
Heat an clean oiled grill to high.
Put the scallops on skewers and drizzle with olive oil and lime juice. Season with salt/pepper or cajun seasoning. On high heat, the scallops will cook quickly, depending on thickness.
Serve with prepared remoulade sauce, cocktail sauce or garlic butter.
