Tuna Antipasto
1 can tuna, drained
olive oil
chopped onion
garlic
basil
oregano
red pepper flakes
roasted red  peppers (from a jar)
assorted olives
sliced roma tomatoes
mozzarella cheese slices


Marinate drained tuna in olive oil with chopped onion stirred in.  Marinate tomato slices with olive oil, herbs and garlic. Move tomatoes to a plate and dredge cheese slices in tomato marinade. Arrange peppers, olives, tomatoes and cheese around the plate with tuna in the center. Serve with garlic bread.
