This is Ed Beard's recipe for marinated fried frog legs.
Cavender's Greek seasoning
La. Fish Fry Product's New Orleans style (lemon) fish fry
Place cleaned, skinned frog legs in a large bowl. Sprinkle with worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, both seasonings, mustard and egg. Let marinate for 20 minutes. Coat with fish fry. Double batter if desired by dipping battered frog legs in an egg/water solution and re-battering.
Deep fry at 350 degrees until the legs float and are golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
