Honey glazed corn
Several ears of corn, in husks
2 tbs honey
Soak corn (in husks) in cold water for about 30 minutes. Place on a medium hot grill and cook for about 20 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool enough to handle and pull back husks. If desired, quickly burn off the silks over a high flame on the grill. Turn off heat and quickly brush honey over each ear of corn. Place corn on a neutral part of grill (like the top rack) and close cover for no more than 1 minute, to let honey "wrap" around the corn. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
