Spicy boiled lobster
4 live lobsters
1 1/2 boxes salt
6 oz liquid crab boil
6 tbs cayenne pepper
1 pod of garlic, cloves separated
1 head of celery, trimmed, in 3-4 pieces
3 onions, halved
3 lemons, halved



Bring 5 quarts water to a boil in a large stock pot.  Add all other ingredients except lobsters. Let spice mixture boil for a few minutes, then add lobsters one at a time, head first.

Boil for 8 minutes. Turn off heat and let lobsters soak for 5 minutes. Drain and serve with melted butter.
To make the "dragonfly": Take one of the front small claws of the lobster and put a long feeler into end. Insert a toothpick through middle of claw. Make wings with ends of tail. (See photo.)
