Blue Moon Grapes
Great as an appetizer or to dress up a fruit tray.

Red seedless grapes
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
8 oz. sour cream (lite or fat free is fine)
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, peanuts)

Wash and dry the grapes. Mix the blue cheese and sour cream until smooth and well blended.  Fold in several grapes at a time. Remove grapes one at a time and roll them in the nuts until coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
