Black-n-Blue burgers
1 pound ground chuck
1/2 cup blue cheese
black pepper
cajun seasoning
kaiser rolls
your favorite burger toppings

Shape meat into burger patties. Make a well in each patty and press cheese into well. Cover cheese with meat and pinch all around to seal. Season well with black pepper and a little cajun seasoning. Grill over medium heat until juice no longer runs pink.
Serve on toasted kaiser rolls with your favorite toppings. I liked it with mayo and tomato-blue cheese salad.
