Baked Red Snapper

Fresh red snapper fillets
cajun seasoning
1 onion, chopped
1 stick of butter, melted
1 bunch of green onions, diced, tops only

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle seasoning over fillets on both sides. Melt butter in saucepan and saute the chopped onion until limp. Place the fillets in a pyrex dish and pour the sauted onions over the fillets. Bake for 30 minutes, occassionally basting fillets with the butter-onion mixture from bottom of dish. When the snapper fillets are tender, remove from oven and sprinkle with diced green onions.

Serve immediately.
