Ed's Veggie Topping

Adjust quantities to your taste.

minced garlic
chopped onion
chopped bell pepper
1 chopped jalapeno
chopped banana peppers
chopped mushrooms
chopped green onions and/or garlic chives
red wine (or beer - your preference)
worcestershire sauce
cajun seasoning

Make a bowl with heavy duty aluminum foil and add all ingredients. Wrap loosely, allowing steam to vent. Cook on grill along with fish or other main dish over low/medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve on top or on side of grilled fish.
