Pan-fried tuna
With a fresh tuna loin, cut 3/4 inch steaks across the grain.

Cajun seasoning
Cavender's Greek seasoning
worcestershire sauce
olive oil
tuna steaks
fresh ginger root

Heat a cast iron skillet over med-high heat until very hot. Season steaks with both seasonings to taste. Splash just a little worcestershire sauce over each. Add 1 tbs olive oil to pan, swirl evenly. Add steaks. Turn after a few seconds to sear both sides. Cook to desired doneness. Just before removing, grate a little fresh ginger root over the tops.
