Grilled Mahi Mahi
1 bottle butter flavor marinade
4-5 mahi mahi steaks
cajun seasoning
options: fresh lime juice, grated ginger

Marinate fish steaks in butter flavored marinade for 15- 20 minutes. Spray grill (before lighting!) with non-stick spray.  Heat to medium high heat. Remove fish from marinade and grill for 5 -7 minutes each side, depending on thickness of fish. Make sure fish is flaky and cooked through before removing from heat.
Season each side with  cajun seasoning while cooking.

Serving ideas:  top with tropical salsa, serve over citrus-vinaigrette dressed salad greens or beans and rice.
