grouper fillets (or whole fish)
1 jar tropical fruit
Slice fruits and onion very thin, using a sharp knife. If grilling a fillet, layer some of the slices on a sheet of aluminum foil, place the fillet on top, season with cajun seasoning, then layer the rest of the fruit/onion slices on top and around fillet. Close foil around fillet tightly. Grill over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side.
If grilling a whole fish, make sure it is cleaned and scaled. Season fish inside and out and stuff with slices, layering them all around as well. Grill wrapped in foil for 10 minutes per side (depending on size of fish).
Top with tropical fruits (from a jar) that have been warmed through in a sauce pan. Garnish with parsley.
