Shrimp Fettuccine
Shrimp or crawfish can be used in this recipe.

2/3 cup Half & Half milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 medium bag Fettuccine pasta
1 stick butter
2 medium onions, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1 lb. peeled shrimp or crawfish
1 clove garlic, minced
cajun seasoning to taste
hot sauce to taste
Melt butter, combine onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Saute until tender. Stir in milk and cheese, cook until cheese is melted. Add seasoning and crawfish or shrimp and cook about 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring to prevent cheese from sticking to bottom of pan.

While this is cooking, boil water for fettuccine. When pasta is ready, add them to the shrimp/crawfish mixture and mix well. Place mixture into baking dish, top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
