1 lb shrimp, cleaned and peeled
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
1 jalapeno, julienned
greek salad dressing
Marinate shrimp and mushrooms for one hour in salad dressing and worcestershire sauce. Add 1/4 of the shrimp and mushrooms to a large square of aluminum foil. Add peppers and sprinkle with seasoning. Repeat for 3 other foil sheets. Place on a hot grill and cook for 10 minutes over medium-high heat. Can also be done in 400 degree oven.
Serve on a warm tortilla with avocados and salsa.
