In this episode, we fish Port Fourchon beach for trout with High Water Charters. Capt. George Spivey takes The Bug Man, Paul Salvant, out to fish the surf with his Get 'Em Shad lures and popping cork. The plastics outfish the live shrimp by MANY. For a trip like this, give Capt. Spivey a call, 985-398-0006. Paul shows us how he cooks mushrooms in wine to put with grilled steaks and sausage.
Then we head to Creative Cajun Cooking where Jimmy Babin helps us make Gar Boulettes & Brown Gravy, a serious upgrade to his Cajun Etouffee mix with Lobster, Scallops, and Crab meat, then fries up some fish and makes homemade tartar sauce. So Good!
