Lobster with crabmeat
This is Kevin Boudreaux's recipe.
1 stick butter
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 tbs minced garlic
1 lb lump crabmeat (picked over)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
cajun seasoning to taste
Kevin's seafood seasoning: dried dill weed, dried green onion, dried parsley, dried celery flakes
Melt butter in skillet. Saute green onions and garlic for 1 minute. Add crabmeat and saute for another minute. Add mushroom soup and season to taste with cajun seasoning. Let simmer until heated through. Serve over lobsters tails and sprinkle with seafood seasoning (optional).
The crabmeat mixture is absolutely wonderful with Ritz crackers and wine!!
