Mickey's Shrimp Stewfee
This is Mickey LeMoine's recipe. For more info:

3 onions
1 bell pepper
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1 cup of cooking oil
2 cups flour
1 stick butter
2 pounds shrimp
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
16 oz. Tomato sauce
water or shrimp stock  
Season-um-up cajun seasoning

Start by making a flour and oil roux: 1 cup of oil and 1 cup of flour. After achieving you desired color add onions, bell pepper, and garlic and sauté till veggies are wilted.
Add a few teaspoons Season-Um-Up
Add about 2-3 cups of water or stock and stir till you get all the lumps out.
Add ½ pound of shrimp and let simmer 15 minutes.
Prepare a butter roux with 1 stick of butter and 1 cup of flour.
Add worcestershire  and tomato sauce and remainder of shrimp.
When you add the shrimp the mixture will get thin
Add butter roux slowly till desired thickness achieved.
Season-Um-Up to taste
Cook on low for about 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve over rice, pasta or fried fish.
