Satsuma cheesecake

1 tub Philadelphia Ready-to-Eat cheesecake filling, classic flavor
2 large satsumas (or tangerines or juice oranges)
1/2 cup sugar
Oreo cookies (or Nilla wafers or graham crackers)

Zest the satsumas. Combine the zest with the sugar. Juice the zested satsumas in a bowl. Add the cheesecake filling to the juice, whisking until smooth. (You can refrigerate the filling until ready to use.) Crumble the cookies into a bowl.

In a dessert dish, put cookie crumbles in the bottom. Layer cheesecake filling on top of cookie bottom. Sprinkle sugar-zest on top. Eat with a big ole spoon and couple o' friends.
