Shrimp Alfredeaux
This is Jimmy Babin's recipe. For more info:

2 lbs chopped onions
1 stick butter
2 cans mushrooms
1 tbs Creative Cajun Cooking seafood boil seasoning
6 tbs Magic Swamp Dust
2 bricks cream cheese
1 quart half-n-half
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 lbs shrimp, peeled & deveined
parsley for garnish

In a large pot, saute the onions in the butter until soft. Add a little water to help speed the process if you like. Add the mushrooms and seasonings, stir well. Add the cream cheese and stir. Add the half-n-half, stir. Add the parmesan cheese, stir. Bring to a fast simmer and add the shrimp. Keep the heat at medium low and let simmer until the shrimp are done and the sauce has thickened.

Serve over cooked fettucine pasta with some smoked French Settlement Andouille links on the side.
