Spicy Shrmp & Zucchini
You'll need a grill pan for this. Find the seasonings at or in your local grocery.

1 lb peeled medium shrimp
2 small zucchini, sliced in rounds
olive oil
Smokin' Fryin' Rub (Creative Cajun Cooking)
Seafood Boil (dry seasoning)
Magic Swamp Dust
cooking spray

Heat a cast iron grill pan on medium high heat. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp, zucchini, olive oil, and seasonings together. Spray the grill pan with cooking spray. Place the shrimp and zucchini in a single layer on the grill pan. Turn after 2 or 3 minutes. When the shrimp are pink and zucchini is tender, serve immediately with cucumber dip.

Cucumber Dip:
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, diced
1 8 oz container Opadipity Cucumber Dill Greek Yogurt Dip (Look for it in the refrigerated dressings/ dips part of the produce section.)
1/4 cup feta cheese
Magic Swamp Dust
shelled pistachios

Mix all the ingredients together, top with pistachios.
