Tomato Basil Rice
1 cup arborio rice
1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
6 large basil leaves, cut into ribbons
1/4 cup Italian dressing (I used Kraft Tuscan House)
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1/4 cup slivered almonds
Magic Swamp Dust seasoning

Boil the rice in salted water (just as you would pasta) until tender. Drain. While the rice is boiling, combine all the other ingredients in a large bowl.
When the rice is cooked and drained, add it to the other ingredients. Season to taste with the Magic Swamp Dust (or other seasoning blend that is similar to a spicy lemon pepper).
