Tommy's Stir Fry
A simple recipe given to us by Capt. Tommy Pellegrin, Custom Charters. He likes broccoli in his, but this is how we did it for the show. Add or subtract anything you please, this recipe is good with anything!

1 lb steak, cut in slices
Magic Swamp Dust seasoning, Fire Dept. Blend
Sliced veggies:
onion
zucchini
squash
mushrooms
snow peas
bell peppers
banana peppers or hot peppers
1/4 c low sodium soy sauce

You'll need a large, deep skillet with a lid. Heat it until it's very hot, then season and sear the steak. Remove to a side plate while you deglaze the pan with a little water. When you scrape all the good brown bits up, toss those veggies right in. Season a little bit, then cover and let steam for 3 or 4 minutes. Add the steak slices back in, add the soy sauce. Just a few tablespoons is sufficient. Toss together and when the meat is done to your liking, serve. We liked having a little dip on the side, like hibachi seafood sauce.
