Zucchini Noodles w Basil Cream
I used a Veggetti to cut the zucchini into thin noodles. You can also use a julienne peeler or the julienne cutter on a mandoline. Or cut them by hand.
2 large zucchini
4 oz cream
4 large basil leaves
2 tbs parmesan cheese
Magic Swamp Dust seasoning
Cut the zucchini into thin noodles. In a large saucepan, add the noodles and season them well. Saute them until they wilt a little. Add the cheese, cream, and basil. Stir until incorporated. Adjust seasoning as necessary. When it bubbles, it's ready.
